Last night: ugly 9-6 loss to the Rangers, 10 innings.
Blame: plenty to go around. Rafael Betancourt, usually reliable, gave up the tying runs. Jensen Lewis was awful in the 10th, throwing the ball around the park and making bad decisions. Paul Byrd was pretty bad but held on through sheer guts and guile longer than anyone thought based on the first couple bad innings. Hitters allowed themselves to get shut down by the Rangers bullpen, without Gagne or Mahay.
Streak: Lost 4
